When pigs fly

Got a wild hair up my butt and decided to do one thing I said I wasn't going to do to my jeep. I jumped it going about 65mph.

A few weeks ago I installed the Daystar foam insert bumpstops to keep my driveshaft out of my fuel tank. While they work good for that I had no idea how good they would soften the blow of my heavy Jku slamming down on the stops. Believe it or not but between the coilovers in the front and the stops in the back the landing was smooth as silk.

I believe it was right at 200 bones a set for the stops plus cans. At that price I don't see me ever going to hydro bumpstops unless I was building something that I planned on jumping all the time.

Did you not film this??

You just told us about jumping a jacked up JKU at 65 mph and didn't POST A VIDEO?!?

Glad it worked out--never even would've thought of it to try.

May I have the VIN of your jeep so I don't make the mistake of buying it off a used car lot?

I'll just grab this and wait for the GoPro action.

Fitting screen name. Reminds me of that joke that went something like "what did the redneck say before dying jumping off that bridge" "hey watch this"

I've heard you were going for a "superman" paint theme... Now it makes more sense!

It's a bird! No, it's a plane!

WAIT! It's a flying superman JK!

I don't think this was the OP but definately worth a "Watch This"
It took a while to stop laughing - especially with the soundtrack
