Where is the engine number?

I'm moving overseas next month for work, and taking our baby with us (2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2D). In addition to the VIN, the shipping company is asking for my engine number. I've looked all over the engine, and online and I can't seem to find the number. Where can I find the engine number?

The only number I found is next to the oil check wand, but I think that's the alternator not the engine. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

From another forum:

The engine identification number is located on the rear of the cylinder block just below the cylinder head.

Ok call me a moron but: I took off the plastic decorative cover off the top of the engine and found several sets of numbers.

On the very top of the cylinder block, clearly embossed it says:
First line: "72140183".
Second line: "PA6-30GF".
Third line: "Made in Canada".

On the right (drivers side) of the engine, roughly engraved into the block:
First line: 04593992AB
Second line: 09121318

Are any of these the engine number? THank you.

Boy that's a tough one. I'd be checking with a dealer to be certain. Let us know what you find.
