What's the best place/website to purchase exterior and interior products for 2017 Jeep Wrangler? I've heard it's extremeterrain.com, is that true? Would appreciate any other recommendations, thanks!

Yea, I love Q-Tec also. I have purchased over $20,000 in Jeep parts over the past 20 years (or so), but I keep forgetting to tell them I am a WF member and have never gotten that discount. Do you think it would be retro active if I tell them now? :) 100% no hassle 30 day return policy on ANYTHING!!

Extreme Terrain is the only one i've been disappointed by. I ordered some headlights that were listed "in stock" but after a few delays it would have ended up been one month until I finally received them.

I even told customer service that I could get the same lights from Amazon within 2 days. I was hoping they might pick up on the hint that they could take a hit on their mark up and get those lights to me faster- but all i got was crickets and a refund. No sorry or discount on the next order either.

That said, I will probably just stick with Quadratec if possible. They seem to have almost everything I need.

The only issue I've had with ET isn't a big one. The orders page does not update apparently much at all. I placed a big order last week and received some of it. I knew it would be coming in bunches, so no big deal, but the order page still shows everything as either backordered or "processing".

A big shout-out to Qtec, though. Several weeks ago, I ordered my hitch kit. It immediately said backordered from the vendor. After a week, it was still on backorder and I noticed that the one I ordered had the Jeep brand plug, but the one with the Qtec plug was in stock. I called customer service and they happily swapped my order to the Qtec one and upgraded my shipping. This was at 4 in the afternoon and I had it the next day.

Happy customer.

Funny thing. I ordered my MORE dead pedals from a company called Plymouth Valley Enterprises or something similar. They literally showed up before Amazon showed them as shipped...in Quadratec boxes, complete with the catalog. And they were $5 less than the Qtec price. So I just did the same thing with the Tuffy security drawers. Got them for $10 less than Qtec. According to Amazon, they will arrive between June 2-6. FedEx just dropped them off, lol. I haven't opened to boxes yet to check for the catalog.

There is no ONE best place.
Depends what you are looking for.
But Extreme Terrain and Quadratec offer some of the largest selections in on place and send out full color catalogs. Kind of like the old Sears catalog when I was a kid. LOL
Look through the sponsor forum.
Many sponsors will price match, too.

QT and ET are my two main sources. Neither has been perfect, but they get it right almost every time.

You can get small discounts from both by going through the forum.

I think their two headquarters are pretty close to each other. Probably an interesting story behind that. I'm going to guess that someone split from QT and started up ET. I wonder if they flip each other off when they pass on the highway or local trail. Kind of a modified Jeep wave.

"They literally showed up before Amazon showed them as shipped...in Quadratec boxes"

There are thousands of "vendors" online that operate from a home office with no inventory. They just "sister" off a bigger company's warehouse and the bigger company ships in their name. Tons of what Amazon sells is done that way. Getting your product listed on Amazon is major. I always check for an address on the websites and Google Map the address to see if they are real. Pay a little more for the best...it's worth it.

go to the vendor section and pm 4wp and he will send you a discount code. he is actually listed under 4wheeldrive hardware.

I order a lot of stuff and by far the best service and prices have always been 1st thru Northridge4x4 and second 4wd.com, I know others have had good experiences with others but i have not had that same luck.

I highly recommend KrawlOff-Road.com They may not have everything you want listed on their site, but that can get just about anything. The crew there is extremely helpful and willing to work with you any way they can. Their pricing has always been very competitive as well.

I've ordered from Quadratec, Allens Off Road, Northridge, 4WP, Amazon and Ebay. No issues with any of them ever. Best price usually wins but I try to shuffle my orders so site sponsors all get a piece of the action.
