The C3 Corvette with a 165 hp engine speaks for itself.
Porsche's 928 came out with a V8 that produced 219 hp and was a practical failure in the marketplace.
The Lambo LP400 has appeal to certain people, but not everyone agrees that multiple air intakes, wings, and side skirts are attractive.

If you enjoy image over performance [and leisure suits], the 1970s are your era.

I'd rather have something that adds to the performance of the JK/JKU.

I meant to say "save as" and not "save". you will overwrite the original if you just save.

Takes like 5 minutes though. Easy peasy.

My original statement was that the 70s gave us some great designs. I don't necessarily disagree with your points about performance, but the cars I quoted are all pieces of automotive art.

I like RWL tires on Jeeps, 4WD pickups, and older muscle cars.

Anything else, not so much.

Depends on the vehicle and the rims. It looks great on some, not so great on others. I really like it on my stock wheels and tires.

I've always had white letters showing on all my vehicles and had special cleaner just to make the letters shine.

That being said I want with black on the outside on my jeep. I just preferred it. I think both look fine, just go with whatever you prefer.

Never like white letters... My dealer swapped mine around on my first oil change for free.. Then I sold them and got 33's !! NO White Letters... Black wall looks cleaner..

But if you have em, keep them clean, it will look good too

Hell i have summit racing stickers on my jeep too.

Theres a few dealers here that put big stickers all the way across the back window with their internet url. Why would someone allow that?

The tires i have are a very good tire. Very good price, low hum on highway, work greaf where i use them. Therefore im fine to advertise them. On the other hand, the dealer i went to screwed me over, you will not see their stickers on my jeep. Summit racing hooked me up on tires. Cragar made an affordable wheel. Quadratec ripped me off on shipping, no sticker for them.

Chrysler screwed jeeps in several ways, good thing they didnt put a pentastar logo on my jeep or i woulda removed that.

That's why it's your jeep, you do as you like. I've always had OWL and like them... while I dislike all the "black out" wheels nowadays. Blackwalls do look good on Wranglers, but OWL's look just as good. On a truck, classic or hot rod white letters look good. White walls on some classics.

I'm thinking of running bright polished or chrome wheels and white letters just to be different if someone doesn't like it, I could give a shit. It's mine.

Add in the 70-74 Challengers...so classic they brought the body style back for the new challengers!

Black wheels are cheaper and look like what nascar uses.

Chrome wheels look good on jeeps if you take care of em.

Well 2 good things, I got mine flipped friday and it looks way better. And the bonus, when the girl called me to see if im happy with my new jeep I brought this up. Well she said let me look into it. Called me back about 5 mins later and said they would do it for free using one of my tire rotates from the free service plan.

So I got it done for nothing!
