White stains on black bumpers

I have a 2011 JK. I have been getting white "drip" stains on my front black bumper that won't come off. I've tried black magic bumper cleaner which only gets some of it off. I'm not sure what they are coming from. It looks like they splash on from under the wheel well although they are also in the mid section of the bumper. Doesn't look like bird crap either. Has anyone had the same problem or suggestions for how to get them off? I like the look of mud on my jeep, but not this. Maybe I need to just cover them up with more mud. LOL.

A picture would be helpful but nonetheless 303 Aerospace Vinyl Cleaner topped with 303 Aerospace Protectant seems to be the consensus favorite.

I have the same issue... I plan on taking the plastic off and replace it with nothing...

Maybe shave the front down to the width of the grill....

plug up the back with something... Light and paint it black....

I hate black plastic...

pics of folks who have done this would cool...

sorry to hijack thread =]

I discovered No.67 Bumper Magic by Auto Magic many years ago. Works wonders on my older Toyota Tacoma's black plastic trim and worked really well on my former 2004 Jeep Wrangler's OEM bumpers , but you have to find a distributor or order it online... about $30 for a 36 oz bottle.. check the link below for product. Its toward the bottom half of the page.

They sell to mostly detailing shops but anyone can order/buy...

I've tried Back to Black and the Aerospace stuff - not impressed with either, although the Back to Black seemed to work better on mine. Best thing to make them look new is using a hot air gun - yep, makes them look pretty much brand spank'n new. Google it and watch a video of it being done.

Sounds like the op might of gotten into some fresh white line paint on the highway and didn't know it. I have had it happen with white and yellow. Nasty stuff. I usually remove it with a closeup blast with a high pressure washer. That can damage your paint and plastic though, so you must be careful!

I never have tried that with a propane torch, but I can't count the number of times I've tried similar things with a torch and they turned out so horribly wrong. Except for burning ants, of course.
