Why cant I factory customize on the wheels?

Finally going to move forward and get the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Decided to wait until the 2012 model, as the pentastar engine says it all. I really wanted to get the Sahara model - loaded with the Mojave Wheels (grey wheels). I have been told that this cant be done. I dont understand, if Jeep has all these factory options, why cant I build my own? Heck I can get custom leather seats from the dealer, but not custom wheels (which ship on the mojave) from Jeep?

Thanks,
Jason

If you pay enough the dealer will swap them out for you. I've seen this done many times before.

Just upgrade to Rubicon wheels and use wheel paint. Looks like this: (http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/i-p...ked-98854.html).

They can .....if they make them at the factory and they sell them on a jeep, you can bet it is listed onb a option tab somewhere... The dealership I use will even lift it and toss on 35's if you want...

Not all dealerships will play nice though; I have been told by many that they'll sell me the 'accessory' wheels through Mopar, but not do a swap for a little extra or give me the money the stockers deserve....Shop around!
