I have 2012 Wrangler Sahara and just noticed that when I turn on the airflow setting to High it takes like 15-20 sec for the airflow to kick on. Has anyone else experienced this? If this is normal for the Wrangler I think it sucks!!!! Thanks!!!
On the other hand,. there continues an odd turbine-elecronic buzz/spin sound getting into the cab every day.
And I'd swear somehow the 'inside lights' turn themselves to ON position when/if I lock/unlock with the keyless feature.....
Often I have to actually rotate the light stalk to turn it OFF.....
but my blower blows at once, and heat is pumping out within about a mile.....pretty amazing. And it's TOO hot by about 3-4 miles down the county road before I have to dial it down.
What DOES have a 'delay' of a few seconds, is the horn....push it and wait about a 3-4-5 count. Not that it's much of a horn sound....so agree....THAT sucks.....
get in--buckle up--hang on

Mine is a 2011 and it does the same thing. If you take the glove box off. Open the glove box then push the sides in then it will come off.In the front there will be the fresh air in take, to the left will be the motor for the dampers.
Start the jeep, let it run for a few min. then turn it off. The fresh air will close, and the motor for the dampers will also. This may take a few min. for this to happen. When you start the jeep again they will open.
Why Jeep has it like this, I don't know.
