will 5.13's gears fit stock axles on 2011

I've read that the 5.13 won't fit the dana 30, that you can't go lower than 4.88.

I know you need to do some clearancing to even get 4.10s in the 30. So yes 4.88s being the biggest sounds about right.

The gears will fit the housing fine, but you'll very likely need a new carrier at least for the front. If you're doing lockers at the same time then it shouldn't be an issue.

I think something about the jk's d30 being an HP axle allows 5.13s to fit. I can't remember if it requires a little bit of shaving to get them in there...

I wasn't planning on lockers with the regear. Just trying to get a idea of what gears I want to go with.

Aussie locker is only about 250 bucks. I would hope the labor would be free during regear since its very simple. Definitely a great bang for the buck. pretty happy with them but I spend most of my time low speeds
