Landed 5 Willys takeoffs from one of our wrangler forum friends. He's in FL I'm in NC. Have family traveling up here next week and wondering if the 5 wheels and tires would fit into a Ford Explorer with the back seats down? Anyone have 5 in the back of one before. They've offered to bring em if they'll fit.
Hey Rob...my wife has a for explorer and when she gets home tonight I will measure it up and let you know. There is a lot of room back there so I would say yes to begin with but will dbl check for ya tonight.
Thanks again!
We got five 33" tires in the back of the JKU, and I'm guessing the cargo area in the back of an Explorer with the seats folded down is even bigger, so you shouldn't have a problem.
I fit 5 of the stock 32" tires in the back of my 2dr JK. Don't ask me how, it was extremely tight but they fit. I would imagine they would fit no problem into a larger SUV.
