Will it be too much of a change for the shift points in my jeep jk wrangler?

I have an 07 automatic jk wrangler. If I change my tire size from 225 75 r16 (29 inch) tire to a 265 75 r16 (32 inch) tire, will I have problems with the shift points of my transmission? Or will this set up be okay? I know the tires will fit, I'm just worried about the tranny.

Should be fine even if you have 3.21 gears. I am running 35" with my stock 4.10 with a auto. I do have the Hypertech, Snorkel and a after market cat back exhaust.

Your jeep will be fine, no worries. Your speedo is going to be off by 6+ mph and needs to be flashed to the different tire size. A dealership can do this for you up to a 32" tire.
