Will this work?

I going to go with the 2.5 inch BB from TeraFlex with shocks and a 32" stock tire for now on a 5" back spaced 17" wheel? eventually going to 33's

will the lift 2.5 BB and 33's work? I'm about to buy the lift and some .5 spacers. I have stock 32's

You don't need a lift for 33s at all, so, yes, a 2.5" lift will be fine. It's the width of 33s that causes the rubbing, and it looks like you're getting wheels to take care of that.

I'm sorry i backed off of the new wheels right away this is using stock moabs that come on the Rubicon
