Winch mounting options w/lights?

So I have bumper lights. (see picture attached) I used the mounting brackets from quadratec to mount these.

I would hate to no longer have these lights so I am trying to figure out what my options are as far as winch mounting options go with these types of bumper mounted lights.

Let me know and thanks for all your help

If you go with an aftermarket bumper with winch plate, you can choose one that has built-in tabs to mount those lights on, or one with a bull bar or winch bar that you can attach light mounts to.

Ok, I see. so I should be looking at a new front bumper with winch mount and light mounts?

Thanks for your guidance.

Well there are ways to mount a winch plate on the stock bumper. If you do a search you might find them. This would be a less-expensive route to go, but would require modifications to your stock bumper. Most people get an aftermarket bumper to mount their winch on. Aftermarket bumpers look much better IMO. And if you need a winch, chances are it's because you wheel your Jeep or plan to wheel your Jeep. And if you wheel your Jeep, chances are you'll soon crush portions of the plastic cover on your stock bumper and possibly also bend the metal frame of your stock bumper (both happened to mine), and will end up replacing it with an aftermarket one anyway.

I am not to fond of the stock bumper (looks wise and from what I read functionality) and although I have not done much wheeling yet (just beach fishing stuff) I plan to and I have some jeep jamborees setup. and I want to build things the right way.

Now im off to find a bumper that fits my criteria!

Thanks again.

And so it starts. There are tons of options to choose from. I spent months researching before deciding on a bumper. Then if you walk over to the other end of your Jeep, you'll find there's another bumper there and tons more options. Have fun. It's only the beginning.

Hey, I tried not to apply too much pressure and let him make the decision for himself.

Sorry Johnnyp, but since you've caught the bug, be prepared to (J)ust (E)mpty (E)very (P)ocket.

Exactly. Can't have a new front bumper without a matching rear one.

While you've got your credit card out, you might as well get the matching rock rails as well.

Those are awesome, awesome bumpers. I've seen quite a few of them in person, and the newest generation of them look really good. I doubt you'll be disappointed if you go with them. They were my second choice at the time I made my decision to go with Shrockworks. I really like my Shrockworks front bumper, but the rear bumper tire carrier with trail rack and jerry can holders didn't quite meet my expectations. Even so, if I had it to do all over again, I'm not sure if I would change anything.

Hey hey Im still sporting the stock rear bumper with a rockhard 4x4 front and M8000. Of corse my rear dosent look as good as it did a few months ago. I was going to change it but I desided to spend the coin on skids instead. Truth be known the stock one will probly be one of the last things I change before I do my lift.
