Window gasket/seal puckering

i got a 2013 JKU, and it's about a month old. I've noticed the rear window gaskets on both sides are starting to pucker out. basically one part is sticking out and would catch and hold water instead of keeping it out. i'll be taking it in, but wondering if this is something, others have seen. its dark so can't take a pic right now.

Finally got the first oil change and asked about the seals. They said this has been pretty common and it's nothing to worry about. The doors are designed to get water in them, they have drains etc. So, guess ill just keep an eye on it.
