Windshield Decal Help! (designs included)

I went to school for Recording Arts & Technology and while I blast my resume out I have been doing freelance engineering, production, event promotion, DJing, and just about everything you can think of in the entertainment field. I branded my name and have come up with a logo with my initials that match my AlTruz.com website. I need options on the color options. I have a 2013 gecko green sport so that is why I picked the following color combinations. I am having trouble visualizing what will look good on the windshield in the center. Also, does anyone know the exact color code match I can use in photoshop or GIMP?

Thanks everyone!

I would try a solid green, it would show up better on the black appearing windshield.

IMO of course

Considering your logo is vertical and the windshield is horizontal........I think you need to go back to the drawing board.

Light colors show best on glass. Glass is like having a black background. Your logo looks too tall for a front windshield. Due to the fact that the Jeep windshields are vertical they don't have as much room for a graphic as a normal car windshield. I would go with a long thin logo and do it with the white outline to help it stand out on the glass.

4 - Green with white outline

White outline would be awesome in reflective white - green is nice and bright

You could probably fit a 6 inch tall logo in the middle top since the Jeep grill is there and the rear view mirror, you aren't blocking a line of sight. You may be able to go even a bit taller.

Right now the logo is 4 inches tall. I measured it on the windshield and it didnt look goofy on a horizontal windshield (when I pictured it in my head) lol. Thanks for the responses!

FYI from a graphic design major I would throw your logo on a black background to give you the real affect it would have on the windshield

Her they are on a black background so you can see more what they would look like on glass.

Thanks! I have a transparent background in the file I'm sending to pixiedecals. I think I may go with black letters with the green trim. Now I just have to find a more "exact" color match for the green. I'm using GIMP to edit the logos. Also, what do you guys think about the letters in black reflective with the green outline?

Thanks again everyone

I would second this but maybe have the logo made from reflective vinyl no matter what color you decide. Then anyone who shines a light your way at night would see the decal.

Whatever you end up getting, just make sure you get a few extra. You'll be replacing the windshield at least a few times...

I think I'm going to do gecko green (reflective if pixeldecals can do it) with a black reflective outline. I think if I keep it about 4 inches tall it will look awesome. Thanks again all
