Wiring harness broke?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, it's my first post...
The other day I was taking the door off my 2007 Unlimited JK. I had remembered to undo the door stop strap, but totally forgot to undo the wiring harness (not sure if that's the correct term) that turns on the dome and tells you the door's ajar while the doors open...
Essentially there are 2 wires that go into the harness, I accidentally pulled both of them out. I was able to put the wires back in and reconnect the harness to the car, but the dome light doesn't turn on unless I hold the entire harness in a certain position...
Any advice?

Sounds like a loose wire, not sure if re-doing the wire into the clip would fix it or not.
