Would you?

I bought my JK with a 2.5 inch lift and want to get more space for tire travel, would you add a 2.5 inch teraflex coil spacer?

Would I, no, but I don't need that much tire travel; everyone is welcome to do whatever they like to their jeep. If you end up doing this you will need to replace alot of suspension components to make this safer. Trackbars, drive shafts, shocks, sway bar links, Upper or lower control arms, etc. I assume that if the 2.5" lift came with any of these they would be designed for the 2.5" height and would not be sufficient to cover the 5" you would be up at.

Lots of other upgrades would be required--trackbars, control arms, steering issues, shocks, etc. etc. If you need more tire travel, the safer (and in the end, cheaper) play would be to get flat flares like these. You can also do a DIY chop to your factory flares (like this) for almost nothing.

You know that a 2.5" lift will clear 35" tires, don't you?

And welcome to WF.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I replaced the speakers in the sound bar, and now after doing a ton of research and realizing how much the sound overhaul is going to cost me. Problem is, I gotta get a soft top for spring/summer/fall and I want to get my rear bumper on so I can make a final decision about lifting it, etc., etc., etc. It never ends.
