Would you buy this?

Hi - new to the forum and new to Jeeps. Was driving by and saw this one the other day and it caught my eye. Test drove it and had it checked by a mechanic...everything checked out. Dealer took $1000 right off the top when negotiating, but wanted some 3rd party opinions before buying it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

$22k for a vehicle that hasn't had a private owner in a year and has only seen 200 miles during that time? The last time it sold was at an auction? Not no, but hell no. There's a reason nobody has bought it in the last year and with no warranty you don't want to be the one to find out why.

Maybe if you could pick it up a lot cheaper, but you can buy a brand new '11 or '12 model for just a little more and the lower new car interest rate will probably make the payments the same.
