Can anyone share a list of what I will need (socket wrench (size?), pliers, 12 pack of coors?)?
Also - the guy I'm buying it from purchased the dual top group, so he'll need to remove the soft top from under the hard top. Anything there I should be sure he doesn't forget to remove that would be attached to the body of the jeep?
You'll need a Torx T-40 bit. Beer is a given.
Most commonly missed part is the L-shaped brackets that attach to the roll cage at the back. You'll also need two door surrounds which come in four plastic parts, and you'll need the four hand screws to fix them to the vehicle.
Then there's the three windows, the tailgate bar, and two plastic tailgate surrounds into which the tailgate bar goes. Two velcro retaining straps, two elastic window retainers and I think that's your lot. Someone else might think of something I've forgotten.
