Any idea if they build Wranglers somewhere over there? Or do they build them all in Toledo? Wondering if the diesel version is built on your side of the Atlantic..
My Wrangler came from the States, I believe Toledo is the only place that do build them (and the only Jeep that's built in the US?). What it does mean is there are hundreds of diesel Wranglers in the States but they're all shipping out!
The bumper doubles as a good bench for picnics, festivals and country pursuits.
I believe Cherokees are now built on the other side of the factory in Toledo.
Personally, I like how the bumper meets the flares and the wider fogs. I specifically picked my Rampage bumper for the way it comes up to meet the flares. I understand that yours is to meet your stringent safety standards?
Safety would be my assumption in order to meet NCAP standards. The other benefit as has been pointed out by someone your side is it stops crud being thrown forward by the tyres.
But jeeps are MADE to throw crud! What other vehicle loves dirt, mud and crud better than a jeep?
