Wanted to resurrect this thread and know more about how well it protects from rain? Does a gap exist up top or just the sides with the Pipe wrapping fix. I'd like to find something here for Galveston area as I can get caught it the rain at any moment and if I could run the jammer Duster hiding the freedom panels underneath until it rains that would be great!

Those seem like a lot more work (and $) than just popping the freedom panels back on and the duster/jammer, or am I wrong?

I did the setup like killerbee using the plumbing stuff in the sides and tucked in the top. If there was a hard rain or from certain directions water got in but, not too bad.
