So now that I got my first 2010 jeep rubicon unlimited, I can't stop driving. My question is any suggestions on a good BLACK GRILLE GUARD that can go on my factory bumper? By the way thanks to all of you after reading all your posts and threads is part of the reason I bought a JEEP.

Thanks Again

Welcome to the forum. :wavey:

Congratulations on the new jeep. :punk:

Wanting to drive it all the time has never gotten old with me. I've been doing that since I put my butt in the driver's seat in Nov. 0f 2007. :)

Thanks jk'n, just like McDonalds quote "I'm Loving It".... Although my wife and I are constantly flipping a coin to see who drives it everyday. I think this June I'll have to buy her, her own. I'm starting to feel violated when she drives my JEEP....LOL

Welcome and your "journey" has just started. We solved the problem of who geets to drive when my wife bought her own Sahara. I never get to drive it but that is okay. There are only two of us and three Jeeps! It'll get ya!

I currently have a black pre-runner light bar on my Rubicon. I'm also in AZ and thought it would help keep the mesquite away. So far, haven't wanted to take it out into the mesquite but the light bar does look like a grill guard and looks pretty good. I am still going to a rock crawler bumper soon. I'll try to get a picture for you! Got it at Quadratec for $139.

Again, welcome and enjoy the Jeep!

Thanks for the welcome Sonorasun, I showed my wife your post and she got excited cause she thought it was great to see you and your wife having separate jeeps. Now she wont stop bugging me, haha. Looks like it may be sooner then JUNE. Thanks for the info on the light bar, I may have to check it out. The rock crawler bumpers are pretty nice looking too. I can't get enough of all the things you can do to a jeep, I think I'm gonna end up in the poor house. (joking).. It doesn't help that we live in Arizona either. Too many trails to explore.

Thanks again buddy have a good one
