I wanted to know if anyone has had their soft top replaced to a hard top by the dealer. Iíve had my Unlimited Sport for two months and itís at the dealership now for the fourth attempt to fix the water leak. The first attempt was replacing the bows, second attempt was a new soft top and weather stripping, and the third attempt was a reseal(equals to no idea on how to fix the leaking). I suggested a hardtop so the Sales Manager said he would contact Chrysler and send them the pictures I gave him. You think this is possible or is he just blowing me off? Iíve already sent my certified letter to Chrysler so legally they have 30 days to rectify the situation or itís a lemon. I really donít see this getting any better on my end.
