02 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L TJ Manual Transmition

I have 2002 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L TJ Manual Transmition.

I have experienced a Transmition problem, having difficulty to put it in gear. It only happen today for the second time after the first one about a month ago.

Once I turn engine off, the tranny performs very smoth then I start engine back and It has no problem and works just like it should.
The second time could not engage reverse gear but once engine off it works like nothing happened before.

Need some help if I should be worried and take it to the dealer or ignore it just some multifanction that resets after engine on/off.
