02 TJ Tire/Rim & Lift Kit - I need your advice!

I have on 02 TJ that has 215/75R15 =27.7*8.5 and I was given a set of tires/rims off an 09 Sahara (I think). They are 255/70R18 = 32.1*10.

I am putting a 3' lift on it this week, so the questions is, will this work? I am little worried about the offset on the rims, and might need spacers I am thinking.
From what I read not many guys mod past 16' rims, and would appreciate any advice before I go further on this.

You will need wheel adapters due to the difference in bolt patterns between a TJ and JK. The adapters also function as spacers
