'02 Wrangler Sound System

I have an '02 Wrangler, nothing special just about stock everything except wheels and tires. I am looking to put a nice system in it, maybe a pair of 10 or 12 inch subs, replace the 2 4x6 and 2 6 inch stock speakers, head unit and of course an amp.

I have absolutely no room for a box behind the back seat, I was wondering if there were any custom boxes that would fit a pair of nice subs and I can keep my back seat.

Anyone got any setups that they like or have tried out that they'd be willing to share?

Thanks in advance.

the most common is an "in seat" sub. Basically you strip apart the bottom of the rear seat, you remove some of the cushion out, you make or buy a custom box and you stuff it in there. In there you put one down firing 10" sub on one end and bolt on the amp on the other end. I have never seen pairs in there however if you can find a good place for the amp, you might be able to fit 2 8" speakers in there (with that air space)

I found a custom box here
33 Engineering Rear Seat Subwoofer Box for 97-02 Jeep Wrangler: OffroadToyStore

Does that even look legit, the installation process looks like a bitch to tell you the truth.

I still hope you dont want 2 in there.. there will not be enough air space for bigger dual subs in there. A 10" in a proper size box will sound better than 2 10" subs in tiny boxes.
