Exclamation 03Wrangler HELP

Got in my Jeep this morning and when I put it in Drive (automatic) it wouldn't move. I shifted into reverse and back to drive a few times and then finally it kicked into gear.

Can anyone tell me what it might be and maybe some tips on what I can do to fix it. It ran fine after that.

I have 154k miles. I had the Tranny serviced at about 110k miles.

This happened once before about 15k miles ago.

Simplest and easiest is to be sure that the fluid is at the correct level.

If the fluid level is good, it sounds like the torque converter may have drained down a little and had to refill before the transmission would shift normally.
