04 New to me

So I picked this up a couple weeks ago.

85000 miles.
4.0 w/auto

It's never seen the off road before I got it.

So the only problems I've had are vibrations and a bit of a hiccup in the idle.

Road forced the tires three times. 2/4 were perfect.

Replaced the tranny mount. Those two things seemed to fix 70% of my vibrations.

Question is is there a place anyone reconends front end upgrade parts.

I'd like to replace the drag link pitmen and tie rod.

I'd also like to replace the ujoints and shafts.

I do a lot of hiighway driving. Is there a rear end I should start looking for? I average 75-80 @2400 rpms roughly 15.4 miles per gal.

I have a hard time keeping my speed up around here with these uphills.

I've read that a cold air does nothing but give noise for wranglers.

Atm I have procomp life lift but the shocks are getting aged. What are some good shocks n steering stab out there.

Well. Here's a pic of her. No name yet

Bilstein 5100 shocks -I love them. On hills I usually hit the OD off switch.-turn it back on when I am close to the top

Rubicon Express makes good front end stuff

2 Questions.
1) Can you tell if the vibration is up front or in the rear? If up front check your track bar bolt for wear.
2) For the miss at idle have you cleaned the throttle body and checked the plugs?

It's up front. Just put copper champs in.

Last ones were old and worn over 80

Ty. I love the jeep other then the pulsation in the idle and the vibration in the acceleration. I'd like to upgrade the steering suspension. I've found a few sets for around 450. Seem like a decent deal. Monday I think I'm going to try new plugs.
