04 TJ Steering gear input leak

Hey guys, i believe this is a common problem because it's happened to all 3 of my past Jeeps. Input seal leak on the steering box, where the steering column attaches to the box. Called 3 parts stores, no go, gotta buy a whole steering box for $400, called dealer, cant get seal, gotta get$1200 gear box! That's with my discount! The F*&!ers take cores back and rebuild them, why cant i get the seal or bushing?? lol sorry for the profanity, it's been very frustrating!!! Anyway, if anyone has had any luck with anything in the aftermarket let me know. Or if there is a lifetime warranty gear box available in the States. I have a feelin this might happen again........ Thanks again for the help

Yaaa but it's only 90day limited. Do you know if rebuild parts are avail for it? That would make me feel better. Sorry for being paranoid. I live in Northern Canada. Lots of snow/salt. Wrecks everything.
