hello there everybody my girlfriend and i have an 04 jeep wrangler tj lifted. we are having rear window problems. there is a piece that runs the length of the window on the bottom where the rear door and window meet. it seems like this piece is to short and the window keeps popping up. what can we do. is there an aftermarket part for this. thank you.

If you are talking about a soft top and having troubles with the bar that slides through the bottom of the window and attaches to the brackets on the rear of the tub, try pulling it out of the window and turning it around. It could be in upside down which will cause this issue. If you are talking about a hard top, you can purchase the seals at most parts suppliers.

For the hard top, loosen the bolts at the hinges and you may be able to move the window down a tad. When I put my hardtop on this winter, it started doing it. I was able to move the glass down only a tiny bit but that was enough to keep is from opening
