05 rubicon red manifold

Hey I've had an o2 sensor problem lately and now that I've changed that and taken it out for a cruise I'm not getting any power. When I got home from a 3 minute drive my manifold was glowing red, any ideas? Thanks

Possibly a clogged muffler or cats?
