05 TJ Rear Seat Brackets?

Hello,

We bought an 05 Willy's Anniversary model that doesnt have the rear seat mounting brackets on the rear of the seat, if that makes sense. The rear seat will mount on the front brackets, but lacks the rear mounting brackets. Does anyone have a part number or pictures of what they look like, or know of anywhere where we can order one? The jeep dealer up here is useless and cant give me the information that I need without driving the 2 hours into town to go there.

Thanks,
Dan

It's missing the pair of rear locking mechanisms to lock the rear seat into place? Did you but it used or new, sir? Oh and bravo on the Willy's purchase! Beautiful edition!

It's missing the brackets to lock the seat down to the floor to keep it from flipping forward. The front brackets in which the seat pivots on are there, but the other ones are missing. We bought it used with very low miles and got a great deal, we cannot complain. My wife loves it (its her vehicle).

Just wondering... Are you missing the floor type brackets or the wall brackets? My LJ has the floor type.

Well, they arent in the jeep, so I couldnt tell you what they look like. But I imagine that they are very similar. We have the brackets that lock the front of the seat down, but i believe they have 2 sets of brackets, one set for the front, and one for the rear. we need the rear ones. I'm waiting for a little time to be able to run by a junk yard to see if I can find some, so we shall see what they look like if I can find another similar year jeep.

Note, 97-02 seat brackets are different. 03-06 are what you want.

Congrats on the Willys edition. I have an 04. When I get home if you haven't solved this problem I'll get some pics for you. Love my dirty willy!
