100 out and heat stuck on

It's got n the low 100s this week and I'm still trying to figure out y my heat stills.come out floor and defrost vents even after shut off? Also doesn't switch to deftost when changing knob but every other position works. Idk if mud got down in heater box or what? Anyone else have this problem?

Pull the fue in he glove compartment for now it should be listed on the removable glovebox good luck man

did you get water behind the dash? in the controls maybe?

When u get going down road air comes through heater vents by hood and blockoff won't close
