1st moab trip!

Alright I'm heading to Moab for the first time and want some advice.
What should I pack? In terms of spare parts and such. I have recovery gear so I'm not worried about that, I just want to know what parts I should carry around. Thanks in advance!

other than basic tools and a u joint or two, make sure that you dont hit a trail without lots of water and some food. its a long walk to anywhere.
