2.5 convert to 4.0

hello everyone, im new to this forum,

im getting my hands on a complete drivetrain from a tj, engine, ecm, harness, tanny, tcase, axles,
i have a 2.5 right now, and i am mechanically inclined, i was wondering what is some things that i should give extra attention to when doing the swap. also i was wondering will the 4.0 engine mounts go where the 2.5 are? also does the engine harness separate from the rest of the trucks harness? what about the gauge cluster, do i have to try and get one for a a 4.0 truck?

any pointers
