2.5L exhaust manifold

I just replaced the exhaust manifold on my 97 TJ with a 2.5L 4 cyl. Replaced all the gaskets and plugged everything back in, but when I fired it up to check for leaks, it idles at close to 3 grand. Ran it for close to 20 mins and it still wouldn't come back down to normal. Anyone else ever have this issue? And feedback would be great. Thanks

Double check anything you disconnected/moved to get at the manifold and check your throttle cable going to the throttle body....make sure its not being held "open" based on reconnecting something wrong.
