quadratec.com, but do a search as you can find a BB, budget boost, cheaper.

Here's your spacer lift...

Skyjacker Standard 2" Spacer Lift Kit with Hydro Shocks for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec

and no you will not be able to fit 33x12.5's...biggest tire you'll be able to run is a 32 without having terrible rubbing issues.

You'll also need new rims, or wheel spacers at miniumum, to be able to run a 12.5 wide tire.

Use the search though...most things you're asking can be found that way.

Depends on what you want to do with it. I run 2" coil spacers, trimmed flares and 33's... It goes offroad fine, I have effectively crippled the suspension, but for what I ask of it, it's ok. To enjoy the full benefits of the suspension you can do a 2" spacer lift +1-1.5" body lift, fit 33's and be fine. There is more than one way to skin a cat.............

I got my 2" spacer lift off of craigslist for $70. While installing it I added new shocks as well. Overall build, definetley less than $300.

I just put in those Skyjacker ones, the install wasn't bad at all. I think it was around $250

I was thinking about it too. But I was also Wondering if you need aftermarket sway bar links for the front?
