2" wheeel spacers

I have a 2000 TJ 4.0L not lifted. I am thinking about adding 2" spacers on all four wheels. I already have added extra wide fender flares, and may add a 2" lift kit later.

Has any body had experience with the wheel spacers? Any positive or negative comments about them?

I have 2" spacers and in almost three years I've had zero problems, took wheels off 2 months ago to paint and while they were off i thought I would tighten the lugs on the spacers if needed, They were as tight as could be and that is 1 1/2 years since they have been off with moderate wheeling (no rocks). And here comes the Big "BUT" if i had the money (I know they are cheap) I would get a set of black steelies and be done with it.

I have 2" spacers with no lift. It has affected my gas mileage. I check the torque on nuts every time I rotate. No problems though. Makes my Jeep look better too. Spacers also give the Jeep more stability by increasing the width under the jeep.

BTW you will get water, mud, and everything else in your face without flares!
