one of my co-worker is selling her jeep for $4,000, i don't have a whole lot of info on it yet but all i know is its a 2000 jeep wrangler. the paint is in good condition, interior is in good condition, front and rear bumper is kind of smashed, comes with a hard top, inline 6 automatic tranny, with about 130,xxx miles. it has a clean title
That's a really good deal if the drivetrain is in good condition. Jeeps hold their value extremely well. And that I6 engine will be good for another 130k miles if you change the oil regularly ! I say jump on it.
I'll reitterate sounds like a good deal. Just make sure to poke around the frame. I bought mine and just looking at the frame it appeared to be mostly surface rust. However on Saturday when I dropped the skid plate for rear tranny seal replacement I found out that the inside of the frame rusted pretty good and now I have some frame work to do. Biggest common issue is the frame, check it, double check again. That's my 2 pennies.
