2000 jeep wrangler sport 4.0

i recently submerged my jeep while mudding and have been having some problems with it, go figure! I changed the oil immediatley after getting pulled out. Also i pulled the plugs turned the engine over and shot out all the water out of the cylinders. Changed the plugs, tranny fluid, and differentials.

I now seem to have a irratic idle upon startup and a check engine light that autozone or oreillys cannot read. Also as i am driving down the road and as soon as i hit 1750 rpms my engine starts misfiring and stumbling up to 2000 rpms then it is fine just wondering if anyone has some advice theyd like to throw my way as i cannot figure out if i just fried my computer or what it could be!
