2000 - stalling issue

Just looking for a bit of help. I just purchased a 2000 jeep wrangler sport 4.0 a couple months ago. I had the transmission (manual nv3550) rebuild recently due to 2nd and reverse. I've had it back for about two weeks and just recently having stalling issues.Runs fine no jerking or hesitation. But almost every time I slow down for a light or stop sign it stalls or try's to stall. The idle speed seems fine when I'm stopped and sits at about 750 rpms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had similar issues w a 00' Sahara auto. Mine turned out to be the CPS. I had replaced it 2yrs ago w an after market sensor. Broke down today and bought a oem Mopar (not cheap) but bam. Runs like a top.
Also clean out ur AIC and throttle body. TPS and cam sensor are other possibilities.
Is it throwing any codes??
