I usually go to either Quadratec or JcWhitney. Both of those have pretty good stuff and I have used them alot. And Besttop probably is the most used top with plenty of good reviews. They have a great selection and fit good too. Not too expensive either

The door handle problem is probably just a broken plastic clip on the rod inside of the door. The top can be replaced with a multitude of various aftermarket tops. Tops can even be found on Craigslist from time to time. As far as the rest of your post I can't really decipher much of it. If your spare needs to be removed most local auto shops can remove a rounded lug nut in about five minutes.

Mirror replacement is simple - Torx T40 iirc - three bolts on each mirror. About five minutes a side unless rusted. I use a thread compound--shoutout MI.

Don't know what doors u have but very simple on half doors. Just remove the few screws from the inside and you can see the linkages to see what became disconnected. It may not even require parts. White lithium grease--MI again.

Just buying the Jeep you will quickly find the need for a set of torx screwdrivers and sockets, some star drivers for the interior, and a decent socket set.

The door handle sounds like the linkage broke... After removing the inside door panel it is easy to see. I used some wire to reconnect mine together.

New Tops can be had from $250 and up. Most people i know when replacing their tops are going with black.

Ok thanks I haven't gotten around to checking the door out yet. I have the full doors on it. I bought a new set of torx bits seems like most everything I see is torx on the jeep.. Also what I am hoping isbthatvthe linkage just needs something. You have any ideas on what would cause the drivers side window not to roll all the way down? Rolls down but stops when there is still like 3" of window showing.

It's probably hanging up on the door latch linkage that's hanging down rather than being attached to the door handle.
