I've heard both good and bad things about rough country. Majority bad, but dont get me wrong, it does work for a lot of people and they love there RC lift. I have never heard if tough country so I don't have any input. Zone has a 4" lift for about 550 I believe, they are pretty nice quality for the price. Also I don't know what all you are running but if you go 4" or higher its highly recommended to get a cv drive shaft and an sye. And those are pricy. Good luck with your search.

Neither. Don't waste your money on garbage.
