If this is directed at me, I'm sorry I don't quite understand your request. Are you asking for the total instruction set or are the two pages I already posted previously good enough?

When I pulled my steering wheel I found that I already had the correct clock spring installed and didn't really need to change it. If there are plugs under the airbag attached to the existing clockspring that fit into the oem switches, your probably good to go.

Cheers

I just did the cruise control install on an 04 LJ using parts from a scrapyard. Plan on doing a simple writeup. Cruise control can be had for about $175 using salvaged parts if you dont have the wiring harness. Cheaper if you do.
I also happened to have the correct clockspring pre-installed, tho no underhood wires connected, pissed I had already bought one.

To Stagman: BTW The wheel only needs to be pulled if your clockspring does not have the cruise control wires. Even if you don't have the OEM plug for the cruise servo under the hood, you may have the proper clockspring depending on your year.
Pull your airbag and look behind it, if you have wires not being used with little plugs on them then you already have the right clockspring and do not have to pull the wheel.
All of these wires go through connector C107 in your service manual. In mine they entered one end of the plug, but the terminals going into the engine compartment weren't there.

Wonder how much Jeep actually saved to delete something like 5 wires and a plug.
