2003 Wrangler X Lift

hey i have a 2003 wrangler x and needed help with a lift.
I was going to do a 3" suspension lift with 1" BL to make a 4" lift total with 33's.

What brand of lift kits is the smoothest for road use?
Least stiff?
I was in the budget of around $700
i know rough country use to be stiff, but what about the new n20 lift kit?
Also what about RCD, Teraflex, Rubicon Express, ZONE?
Which is the least Stiff on road/street use.
Thanks

i would look into ZONE for the price. also go with a daystar one inch bodylift, i have one in the box waitin to get my susp set up. they replace all the body mounts with poly mounts over just puting a puck in over the stock ones like other bl's do

You will find ride quality depends more on which shocks you choose then the springs with most of these lifts. Why not go with a savvy 3" progressive spring and some skyjacker hydros for shocks. I would use either a currie, or jks front track bar. And jks disconnects, or a currie anti rock if you have the coin. You will need longer rear sway bar links, a rear track bar bracket , bump stop extensions and a sye/cv combo.
