2004 TJ Rear Defrost Doesn't Work

Hi all,
I have a 2004 TJ and the rear window defrost doesn't work. I have continuity from one side to the other so I donít think itís a broken line. I have positive voltage to the driverís side tab but not the passenger side. The plug to the hard top seems to be secure. All the fuses behind the glove box and under the hood appear to be good. Iím thinking the relay is the next step. So I have a few questions. One Ė where is the rear defrost relay? 2 Ė How do I check to see if itís good or not?

I have recently moved to Minnesota and I would really like to be able to defrost my rear window. Thanks in advance for your time.
