2005 Fender Flares

I am looking to put on some new fender flares and I have come across 2 different ones that look exactly the same but i dont know. One is made by TAG and another is Rugged Ridge. Again they look identical, both are 6 inches, but the TAG one is $30 cheaper. Any input is appreciated!

Bushwacker quality is as good as, if not better than OEM.
