2005 LJ Headlight upgrade question

so I noticed that the new wranglers have the convex style headlamps, and I've seen some upgraded with super bright, white lights. They're not the cheap, bluish hue type but reminds me of the white lights on a BMW, or Lexus. Super bright!

I was wondering if there are some options for my 2005 LJ. I upgraded to the hella H4 headlamp on mine, but kept the stock bulbs it came with.

anyone have any suggestions? thanks!

I got the Truck-Lite LED complex reflector headlights. Expensive, but they are badass and very bright, white light. And its just plug and play.

I put a set of IPF headlights with PIAA Night-tech series bulbs, 60/55 watt = 110/100 watt , 3600 kelvin, very pleased with the pattern and amount of light. The IPF lens throw good light in the ditch's to spot those deer. IPF's aren't DOT put it's not a problem where I live, Stick to the 60/55 watt bulbs though unless you up-grade the wiring

1. Get some better bulbs - Osram or Narva
2. Install a relay kit and better wiring

I run the truck-lite LED's as well. I love them.

Here's a video of the install, they're plug 'n play. 6 minutes in theres a comparison with standard lights, H4's, and Truck-Lite LED's.

Also, you can buy them here:

Truck-Lite Part POI27250C - 7" Round LED Headlamp

Be aware.. 280$ per lamp
