Check to make sure that your fuses are good. Check behind the glove box where that fuse box is. there is also some connector on top of the x-fer that will make the 4x4 dummy light come on. I don't remember off hand which it is or where to check.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
