Nice! Clean looking rig man! Ive had mine since May and I love every minute of it. I deployed in Sept. and I miss the hell out of it! I lurked for a long time to try to decide on the look I wanted and ended up with a 3 inch lift and 33s. Check out my thread titled " Long distance build".

This is what it looked like the day I got it. You can see all of the faded plastics. The Rustoleum Bedliner definitely made a big improvement. I just hope it lasts.

I did not do the top or the mirrors. For wherever reason, they did not fade.

Here is a pic if the Wrangler LJ.

Since I have gotten it, I have done the following:

Good wash and interior clean. Still need to wax it... Will do that in the spring when it warms up.

Coated every plastic part on the outside with Rustoleum Spray Bedliner.

Installed a Aux Input on the factory radio

Replaced the tailgate with a brand new one I found on EBay....was even the right color.

Bought some Husky Floor Liners

Installed a trailer hitch

Installed clear turn signal lenses in the front

Jeep has been running great... I have put about 2000 miles on it since I got it. Still need to fix the leaking axle seal. A friend has a lift at his house, I plan to take it there in the next month or so to replace the seal.

I am happy with my purchase. Let me know what you think. I need to get a better picture of it outside.

I like the color. Mine use to look like that..... like last june. 2004 Paid 14 with 42k in Seattle. Looked long and hard too. Almost just got a JKU instead. Never have regretted holding out

The only style of dancing uncle Mitch likes involves a shiny pole and girls with daddy issues....

And yes... I called dibs

I bought my LJ last April with 42K miles for $16,000. That price was comparable to higher mileage, lesser optioned models at the time. I have no regrets.

Researching some prices on LJs and came on this recent thread. Not trying to hijack it... Thoughts on a very clean/in and out and UNDER - Jeep Wrangler LJ - hard top - auto. here is the kicker -- 130,000 miles on it...CLEAN carfax (which I know can be worthless but it does have a series of good checkups). PrevOwner - middle aged lady that drove it about 120 highway miles round trip to work and back - hence the high miles. Very rarely used 4WD. NEVER off road. $11,000??? It is near impossible to find LJ's that don't cost an arm and a leg and I have been looking for months. And yes, I do want an LJ - family and a dog need to fit with some camping gear. Thanks very much for all your input. I have been gleaning tons of good info from this site for 2 mos.

I have an lj wrangler and man do I love it. It has so much storage room and even at stock height which mine is, it can really clear more than one would think it could. It would take a lot to part with this one!
