2006 TJ Rubicon full-traction Lift

we have a 06 TJ Rubicon with a 4.5inch long arm lift kit, when we go offroad the springs seem to pop out of the spring perches, and when it goes back into place it pops really loud, has anyone ever heard of this happening? we have 4wheel parts install the kit, some have suggested that the shock may actually be too long and that is allowing the axle to flex a bit too much. just trying to get some more info.

I haven't heard of this but my suggestion would be to take it back to the installer and then jack the front end up enough to see if that indeed is what's happening and correct.

I was wondering if it would work to swap springs to the AEV 4.5inch springs and would improve the ride on and off road? we added spacers but my dad is not too happy with the ride as much as he thought he would be. any help would be great.

if you can recommend and particular springs to try would be great also
